Reporting directly to the Director of Care, your role is essential in implementing effective care plans and ensuring the highest standards of personal care. Additionally, you will oversee Personal Support Workers while maintaining regular contact with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing services as per care plans and policies

• Ensure adherence to excellent nursing and personal care practices

• Support a welcoming environment through collaboration

• Regularly communicate with residents and their families

• Supervise the personal support team in your unit

Requirements:

• Current RPN status with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Prior experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset

• Strong judgment and ability to manage risks

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
