At PRHC, you will engage in essential nursing duties within the Women’s and Children’s Program, focusing on comprehensive care in a Labor and Delivery setting.

Your role involves acute patient assessments and timely interventions, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and fostering collaborative team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a 2B level Labor and Delivery Unit

• Collaborate to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Conduct assessments and deliver family-centered care

• Follow College of Nurses standards and guidelines

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Current Certification from College of Nurses of Ontario

• BCLS and fetal health certification required

• Commitment to achieving Perinatal specialty certificate

• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider certification necessary

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Meditech
