This role at Behchoko Health Centre requires a skilled nurse practitioner to conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose health issues, and implement effective care plans. You will address routine and emergency health needs, often traveling to remote communities to ensure comprehensive care delivery. On-call emergency services on weekends are also part of this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose client health conditions

• Develop individualized care plans for patients

• Provide emergency nursing services when needed

• Travel to surrounding communities for health support

• Engage in on-call duties during evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• Nursing Degree and Nurse Practitioner credentials

• Two years of relevant experience in ER or community health

• Registration with the appropriate nursing authority

• Evidence of immunization in line with health standards

• Dedication to improving community health outcomes
