Position: Nurse Supervisor for Ambulatory Clinic

Shape the future of healthcare as a Nurse Supervisor at Olathe Medical Pavilion A, focusing on Ambulatory services within Occupational Health. This full-time role emphasizes patient care and operational leadership.

In collaboration with the Nursing Director, your responsibilities will include managing clinical functions and administrative duties within the ambulatory clinic. You will be integral in facilitating patient flow, overseeing triage processes, and leading day-to-day operations. Create a culture of high-quality patient care and staff engagement while continuously fostering an environment of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to professional and regulatory care standards

• Support operational management and staff scheduling

• Serve as a mentor for clinical excellence and satisfaction

• Create a safe and efficient care environment

• Utilize patient feedback to refine service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience

• At least 1 year of Ambulatory care experience

• Active multi-state RN license

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
