Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per provincial standards

• Build trusted relationships with residents and families

• Implement and evaluate personalized care plans

• Conduct accurate clinical assessments and documentation

• Mentor and direct unregulated care providers

Requirements:

• Current RPN registration in the province

• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

• Experience with seniors and caregiving preferred

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
