Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care per resident care plans and policies

• Utilize best practices for quality nursing and personal care

• Foster a supportive environment for residents and staff

• Communicate effectively with residents and their families

• Supervise and support Personal Support Workers on duty

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario

• Experience with elder care is preferred

• Effective judgment and risk management skills

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Background check completion required
