As an LPN, you'll work in Unit 5, focusing on orthopedic and general surgery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, prioritizing patient and family support. The role demands effective team leadership while providing safe, quality care in line with Covenant Health’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care

• Lead teams effectively to ensure safe care delivery

• Monitor patients post-operatively in a 24-bed unit

• Implement nursing standards based on established policies

• Engage in ongoing patient and family support

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program or equivalent

• Active registration with CLHA required

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Surgical experience preferred but not essential
