Become a key contributor at Sienna Senior Living as a Registered Practical Nurse in Creemore, ON.

In this critical nursing role, you will report to the Director of Care and ensure that residents receive the highest quality of nursing care per their individual plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to established policies and resident plans

• Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care

• Create a supportive environment through teamwork

• Oversee regular communication with residents and families

• Supervise Personal Support Workers and team members

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatric care is an asset

• Demonstrated good judgement in nursing practices

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
