In this role, you will oversee care provided by Health Care Aides and ensure residents receive high-quality direct care. You’ll monitor health changes, respond to emergencies, and manage medication distribution. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Health Care Aides implementing care plans

• Deliver personal care and support to residents

• Monitor and document changes in residents' health

• Address emergency situations promptly

• Administer medications and assist residents daily

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma required

• Proof of active registration with Alberta's LPN College

• Recent Criminal Record Check within 6 months

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Positive and adaptable attitude
