Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of Personal Support Workers

• Develop and assess comprehensive patient care plans

• Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary care teams

• Manage patient risks and implement safety protocols

• Assist HR in the recruitment and training processes
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse diploma required

• 2-3 years clinical nursing experience

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with risk management and community resources

• Valid Ontario driver's licence and insurance
