Responsibilities include scheduling, managing supplies, and acting as a clinical resource for caregivers. You will also help to implement infection control measures and contribute to staff appraisals and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care

• Develop and coordinate educational programs for staff

• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies

• Manage human resource issues, including interviewing

• Monitor infection control protocols and statistics

Requirements:

• Active registration with Nova Scotia College of Nursing

• Nursing degree advantageous

• 5+ years experience in long-term care

• Background in nursing management or education
