Location: Pavilion
Join Olathe Medical Pavilion D as a full-time Hospice Nurse Manager. Lead nursing services and ensure exceptional end-of-life care delivery in a supportive environment.
As the Hospice Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for clinical oversight, operational management, and supporting a culture of patient-centered care. This role emphasizes regulatory readiness and interdisciplinary cooperation, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in patient services. Your leadership will guide nursing teams in meeting the unique needs of hospice patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hospice nursing services and daily operations
• Engage in performance evaluations and staff development
• Monitor symptom management and hospitalizations
• Coordinate meetings with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage budgeting and resource utilization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• 2+ years of hospice care experience
• Minimum 1 year in leadership or supervisory roles
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Kansas or compact state license
Facilitate exceptional hospice care through leadership and clinical excellence.
