Licensed Practical Nurse – Lampman Health Centre

Location: Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)

Step into a key role as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Lampman Health Centre. This casual position offers diverse shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, focusing on patient care and education.

In the Chronic Resident Unit, you will promote health and healing while working within a dedicated healthcare team. Candidates must possess a Practical Nursing diploma and LPN license. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaborate with others to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote optimal health for patients in care

• Provide patient and family education as needed

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers

• Maintain clear communication in care processes

• Use computer skills for patient documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Approximately 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred

• Practical Nursing diploma required

• License from the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to cover various shifts and short notice calls
