Join LLRIBHS as a Registered Nurse in our Home Care Program in La Ronge, dedicated to patient care and community wellbeing. Bring your strong interpersonal skills to effectively support clients in maintaining their independence.

This position emphasizes compassionate nursing and is under the supervision of the Home & Community Care Nursing Supervisor. A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nursing Association are required. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate adaptability within a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a client referral assessment process for independence

• Prepare care plans addressing individual client needs

• Offer task instructions for Home Health Aides

• Provide specialized nursing services to clients

• Evaluate and update care plans based on assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing

• Registered with the Saskatchewan RN Association

• Previous experience in Home Care is an asset

• Strong public relations and communication skills

• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s license
