Key Responsibilities:

• Manage traffic and safety in the operating room

• Execute incident reporting and assist in onboarding new employees

• Perform nursing care and prepare operating room setups

• Conduct surgical counts per policy and manage documentation

• React appropriately to emergency scenarios with efficiency

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential

• Minimum Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a multi-specialty acute care setting

• Knowledge of computerized documentation systems

• Ability to meet physical demands including manual dexterity
