Urgent Travel Nursing Opportunities in Sechelt, BC
Russell Tobin is currently seeking experienced  Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs)  for travel assignments in  Sechelt, British Columbia . This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled ER nurses looking to expand their experience while working in a dynamic acute care environment.

We are specifically looking for nurses with  strong Emergency Department experience, including Triage and Trauma training.

Available Start Dates
July 30 onward  – Multiple RN openings through October 30

August 20 onward  – Multiple RN openings through October 30

Start dates may vary by up to 1-2 weeks based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting.

Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity.

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately.

Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments.

Respond effectively to trauma cases, medical emergencies, and critical situations.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely charting using EMR systems.

Adhere to BCCNM standards, infection prevention protocols, and organizational policies.

Qualifications
Required

Minimum  2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience .

Demonstrated experience in  Triage and Trauma Nursing .

Current  BLS Certification .

Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new clinical environments.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Preferred

ACLS Certification.

TNCC Certification.

Advanced Emergency Nursing experience in rural or community hospital settings.
