Join Southlake Health's Cath Lab team as a Registered Nurse, part-time in Newmarket, ON. This role demands excellent clinical skills and is crucial for improving patient flow and safety.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will exemplify clinical excellence and work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your responsibilities entail delivering comprehensive care for patients with complex health issues in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to established hospital practices and codes
• Assess and document patient health statuses continuously
• Collaborate to develop and evaluate patient care plans
• Act as a role model for best nursing practices
• Lead care coordination within the assigned area
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 3 years experience in critical care
• Current BCLS certificate; ACLS preferred
• Familiarity with hemodynamic monitoring
• Comprehensive knowledge of Electronic Documentation
