Key Responsibilities:

• Manage healthcare for elderly residents in ALC/CCC beds

• Carry out health assessments and diagnoses effectively

• Create tailored care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Educate patients and families on health management

• Mentor nursing students and offer clinical supervision

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certification

• Geriatric certification or related experience preferred

• Valid registration with CNO as RN Extended Class

• BLS and ACLS certification required

• Commitment to cultural safety and Indigenous principles
