The Licensed Practical Nurse position at Prairie Mountain Health offers a chance to contribute significantly to patient care while adhering to established nursing standards. Candidates must have an active licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba, along with a year of experience in acute care settings. You will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to Manitoba's standards
• Maintain competencies relevant to the LPN role
• Work collaboratively within a diverse interdisciplinary team
• Uphold ethical practices in client interactions
• Undertake additional nursing duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Active practicing licensure with the CLPNM
• Current BCLS training certification
• At least one year of acute care experience in the past three years
• Demonstrated organizational and independent work skills
• Ability to navigate changing healthcare environments
