This role provides the opportunity to lead clinical and operational excellence in nursing services with a focus on geriatric care. You will guide nursing teams and uphold standards while promoting continuous quality improvement in collaboration with HR and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Unit Managers and enrolled nurses
• Monitor incidents, medication management, and clinical risks
• Conduct clinical audits to enhance service quality
• Ensure effective staffing and disciplined performance
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Current SANC registration
• 5 years nursing experience in geriatric care preferred
• 2-3 years in supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and laws
Lead clinical improvements and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability in providing comprehensive care.
