Position: Experienced RN for Emergency Care
Location: Dease Lake

Provide exemplary emergency care as a Registered Nurse on our ER team. Focus on delivering safe, compassionate treatment in urgent medical situations.

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse with a solid background in emergency or acute care nursing. Candidates must possess strong clinical judgment and effective communication abilities, able to navigate high-pressure scenarios fluidly. The role includes triaging patients, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute patient triage based on emergency needs

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and IV therapy initiation

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Support the healthcare team in critical situations

• Maintain proper documentation in EMRs and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License is mandatory

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• TNCC and PALS certifications are preferred

• Minimum two years of emergency nursing experience

• Excellent critical thinking and calm demeanor under pressure
