This full-time position is situated at the Golden Acres facility in Wynyard, Saskatchewan. As a Clinical Leader, you will utilize your nursing skills to guide nursing staff, educate colleagues, and maintain high standards of care. A strong background, with at least three years in nursing—including two years in a rural context—is essential for this role, alongside demonstrated leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient service and assessments

• Implement staff education on best practices

• Maintain high standards of nursing care

• Lead quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is mandatory

• Hold ACLS and BLS certifications

• At least three years of nursing experience required

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Must be registered or eligible with CRNS
