Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into leadership? Join Northern Health as a Program Lead, Registered Nurse at the Stikine Health Centre in Dease Lake, BC, where you can make a meaningful impact on patient care while leading and supporting a dedicated healthcare team.

In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of patient and family-centered care within a designated clinical area, providing guidance, mentorship, and operational leadership to nursing staff. You will play a key role in workforce planning, staff development, resource coordination, quality improvement, and ensuring exceptional care outcomes for the communities we serve. What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  • Current practicing registration with BCCNM as an RN or RPN.
  • Advanced clinical specialty preparation.
  • Three years of recent leadership or management experience and four years of recent clinical nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid BC Driver's Licence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
