Join Dawson City Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse in a regular part-time role. Provide critical nursing care in a supportive environment while fostering optimal health for patients.

The ideal candidate will support the Operations Leader, administering medical programs and care plans for patients. You will assist with both inpatient and outpatient services, implementing health education and emergency care for trauma cases until further arrangements are made.

Your role is crucial for enhancing the health outcomes of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and implement nursing care plans as directed

• Provide emergency care for critically ill patients

• Develop individualized treatment plans for patient needs

• Assist in planning and evaluating comprehensive family services

• Educate patients on health practices and nursing skills

Requirements:

• Diploma/Baccalaureate degree in Nursing

• Registered with Yukon Registered Nurses Association (YRNA)

• Current C.P.R certification and valid Yukon Driver's License

• 2-3 years of acute care nursing experience

• Emergency Nursing experience is an asset
