Become a vital part of the Southern Health-Santé Sud team as a Registered Nurse supporting community health services at the Centre médico-social De Salaberry District Health Centre in St. Pierre-Jolys. This in-person role focuses on patient care across various health settings, including transitional and home care.

In this temporary position, you will apply your nursing expertise within the Acute Ward and Emergency Department. Key responsibilities include using a people-centered approach to help clients maintain optimum health and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Your initiative and independent judgment will be critical in prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in acute, transitional, and personal care home settings

• Apply the nursing process to support patient health

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal service

• Maintain compliance with health regulations and ethical standards

• Engage in continuous education to uphold competency

Requirements:

• Current registration with Manitoba nursing colleges

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

• Proficiency in English and French

• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
