As a Public Health Nurse, you will engage in surveillance, case management, and collaboration with health stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct case management and contact tracing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

• Current nursing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
