As a Nurse I - RPN, you will work closely with the Sioux Lookout Area Primary Care Team, focusing on assessments, education, and culturally competent interventions. Your expertise will be essential in delivering compassionate care both in clinic settings and during home visits, strengthening community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and care plans for clients

• Facilitate health education and promote wellness

• Work collaboratively with the primary care team

• Implement evidence-based practices in care

• Support self-management of health issues

Requirements:

• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing required

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience

• Valid CPR certification necessary

• Knowledge of First Nations health priorities

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
