Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Omineca and Yellowhead (Smithers)

Deliver compassionate primary care as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Northern Health, applying safe nursing practice across community settings. Work Monday to Friday days.
The Primary Care LPN works under a Primary Care Team Lead or designate. You will support clients through assessment, planning, implementation, and personal and nursing care. The position applies BCCNM professional standards, ethical practice, and best practices within an interprofessional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients according to established primary care plans
Plan and implement personal and nursing care
Provide competent, safe, and ethical client care
Apply best practices within interprofessional teams
Support care across homes, schools, and communities
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
Practice standards established by BCCNM
Commitment to professional ethics and safe care
Dedication to compassionate patient care
Ability to work Monday to Friday days
