Position: Groundskeeper / Equipment Operator Opportunity
Location: South Interlake (MacGregor)

Embark on a fulfilling outdoor career as a Groundskeeper / Equipment Operator with Canadian Base Operators oy a full-time term in a role essential for maintaining airfield grounds year-round.

Support the Royal Canadian Air Force by working collaboratively on site maintenance tasks including equipment operation and snow removal. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical duties across all weather conditions.

Your role directly impacts the safety and aesthetics of airfield facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate machinery and hand tools

• Maintain operations for green areas and facilities

• Assist in completing runway condition reports

• Perform snow removal for runways and sidewalks

• Ensure cleanliness in work spaces and equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence is mandatory

• 1–3 years of experience in outdoor labor

• Reliability and resourcefulness in job performance

• Flexibility to accommodate varied winter hours
