Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily scout activities for pest and disease management

• Coordinate tasks with various departments and communicate schedules

• Record and analyze beneficial insect versus pest populations

• Plan pest control sprays with the IPM Manager weekly

• Process purchase orders and maintain inventory for IPM supplies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 3 years experience in greenhouse or agricultural settings

• Ability to obtain Pesticide License in Ontario

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Reliability in meeting responsibilities and goals
