As the Area Pet Trainer at Pet Smart, you will champion the mission to enhance pet training awareness and teach new instructors the skills they need. This role combines customer service, people leadership, and a commitment to maintaining safe, clean environments for training pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pet training benefits to customers

• Train and evaluate new pet training instructors

• Create secure and enjoyable training settings

• Respond to customer feedback and concerns promptly

• Ensure store ambiance and cleanliness align with brand standards

Requirements:

• Pet Smart training experience of at least 1 year

• Minimum 2 years retail experience in customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent knowledge

• Proficient with computers and communication

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
