In this role, you'll supervise your team while executing essential tree care service tasks. You'll oversee techniques such as pruning and rigging within a supportive and safety-conscious environment. Excelling in communication, you will engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of tree care and crew supervision

• Operate and maintain hand tools and aerial lifts safely

• Ensure proper training for crew members in all tasks

• Foster positive client relationships through effective communication

• Maintain compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of climbing experience in arboriculture

• Clean driver's license;
Class B CDL is a plus

• Must work outdoors in varying weather

• Positive attitude with proven teamwork skills

• Commitment to the environment and nature
