Position: VESH Emergency Veterinarian with Sign-on Bonus
Location: Deerfield

Pursue your veterinary passion as an Emergency Veterinarian at Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH). We offer a lucrative starting salary plus bonuses and a sign-on bonus to join our team in Western Massachusetts.

This full-time opportunity allows you to choose between our two hospitals in South Deerfield or West Springfield. You will tackle a range of emergency cases in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose emergency animal cases

• Manage hospitalized patients and develop urgent care plans

• Perform emergency procedures using evidence-based medicine

• Collaborate with a dedicated veterinary team

• Support families through communication and compassion

Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree; eligible for licensure

• Preferred internship completion or 2+ years’ experience

• Ability to make clinical decisions under pressure

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
