At Davey Tree, you will spend your day climbing and working among the tree canopies. With at least one year of climbing experience, you will perform crucial tasks such as pruning, installing protection systems, and maintaining tools. Your expertise will ensure safety and efficiency on every job in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prune and remove deadwood from tree canopies

• Install cables and lightning protection systems

• Maintain and operate aerial lifts and chainsaws

• Assist in job site setup and debris cleanup

• Follow safety policies and procedures diligently

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year climbing experience

• Certified Arborist or eager to work towards it

• Strong tree and shrub identification skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely

• Valid driver’s license for a 5-ton vehicle
