Seasonal Greenhouse Supervisor Position

Richmond Greenhouse is seeking a Seasonal Greenhouse Supervisor to manage plant care and supervise crew members. Ensure quality and efficiency in greenhouse operations this spring.

In this supervisor role, you will lead the seasonal crew er's Greenhouse. You will perform and oversee crucial tasks like watering, fertilizing, and quality control for our plants. Additionally, supporting the retail space and managing facility transitions will be key aspects of your responsibilities during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and collaborate with the seasonal production crew

• Carry out daily plant maintenance as per schedule

• Monitor plant health and report issues immediately

• Maintain a stocked and visually appealing retail space

• Help with end-of-season clean-ups and preparations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of physical labor in greenhouse or farming

• Strong leading and motivating ability

• Ability to follow operation protocols closely

• Valid Driver’s License and check requirements

• Must be physically fit for demanding work
