Care for dairy cattle and operate milking equipment as a full-time Dairy Farm Worker in La Broquerie, Manitoba. Training is provided.
ENTREPRISES LOUIS BALCAEN INC is seeking Dairy Farm Workers for permanent employment. The work includes feeding cattle, monitoring animal health, maintaining hygiene, and following milk safety standards. Evening, flexible, and early morning shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities:- Feed cattle and maintain stocked supplies of food and water
- Operate milking equipment and clean the milking parlour
- Monitor animal health and identify sick animals
- Maintain hygienic barns, pens, tanks, and farm areas
- Follow animal welfare, safety, biosecurity, and milk standards
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
- Ability to handle cattle and understand animal welfare
- Capability to operate tractors, loaders, and farm equipment
- Physical ability for heavy, repetitive, and demanding tasks
- Availability for shift work, overtime, and outdoor conditions
