Position: Vancouver Process Development Scientist Role

This role is crucial to a growing clinical-stage company aiming to transform therapeutic applications through precision targeting. Reporting to the Director of CMC, you will manage scale-up processes and engage in troubleshooting at various production levels. Your technical direction will be essential for meeting stringent cGMP standards required for US and EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scale-up and optimization activities at manufacturing sites

• Actively troubleshoot production processes across scales

• Facilitate communication with CDMOs on technical matters

• Ensure all processes adhere to cGMP regulations

• Conduct physical characterization of samples using advanced techniques

Requirements:

• 8-10 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals required

• PhD in relevant sciences or significant industry experience

• Proven experience with recrystallization and milling techniques

• GMP compliance in US and EU is mandatory

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
