Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design for scale-up and client needs

• Conduct technology transfer best practice enforcement

• Evaluate and model manufacturing alternatives

• Coordinate with team on technology transfer plans

• Provide guidance and training to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree

• Two years of relevant leadership experience

• Six years in a regulated pharmaceutical environment

• Experience with biologics and drug substance projects

• Understanding of applicable codes and standards
