As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will report to the Site Superintendent and be integral in managing daily operations, compliance, and employee training. Your ability to effectively troubleshoot and communicate with suppliers will facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, you'll maintain a strong commitment to safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the site team

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and corporate policies

• Provide training and competency assessments for staff

• Maintain documentation according to legislative requirements

• Address operational challenges through effective troubleshooting
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience

• Graduate certificate or diploma in relevant field

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

• Strong leadership and training abilities
