In this permanent, full-time role, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the Occupational Health and Safety program and the Temporary Foreign Worker program. By being a visible presence in the fields and storage areas, you will connect regulatory requirements with practical, relatable guidance to ensure employee safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct administration and improvement of the OHS program

• Carry out site inspections and hazard evaluations regularly

• Lead investigations into workplace injuries and incidents

• Manage compliance with safety documentation and regulations

• Conduct safety orientations and training for new hires

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related fields

• Full fluency in English and Spanish

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Experience with worker support programs

• Familiarity with agricultural safety protocols
