Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine microbiological, chemical, and physical tests

• Document and maintain accurate quality records

• Execute sanitation and allergen control programs

• Perform inspections and CCP verifications

• Support audit readiness and preparation

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or graduated in a related field

• Detail-oriented with procedure-following capability

• Keen interest in quality and food safety
