Quality Control Technician at GIP

In this role, you will inspect various construction materials, monitor workmanship, and conduct essential field and laboratory tests. You will maintain accurate diaries, report issues, and ensure that laboratory and testing equipment are in good condition, helping facilitate effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality of construction materials like concrete and asphalt

• Conduct nuclear densometer compaction testing

• Prepare aggregate and asphalt samples for analysis

• Maintain accurate daily logs and site checklists

• Collaborate with clients and contractors effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology preferred

• Relevant industry experience desired

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Availability for various shifts and out-of-town work
