Join AML as a Quality Systems Manager tasked with bridging quality gaps across Business Units. You will standardize processes while ensuring critical customer issues are prioritized without delays.
In this managerial role, your focus will be on the holistic integration of quality systems across various sites and newly acquired entities. You will monitor and analyze quality data, ensuring all Non-Conformities and CAPAs are effectively addressed. Your ability to influence cross-functional teams will be pivotal as you advocate for standardization and rigorous data practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture, triage, and resolve quality issues promptly
• Validate and close CAPAs across multiple sites
• Analyze data trends for supplier-related quality issues
• Ensure a unified quality system across BUs
• Set agendas and lead monthly Quality Reviews
Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant quality systems experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing
• ISO 9001 lead auditor certification is a plus
• Practical experience with NCR and CAPA workflows
• Strong process architecture and influence skills
