Quality Control Supervisor at Truss Beverage

Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the quality control department, reporting to the Senior Quality Manager. Your responsibilities include monitoring QC Technician activities, managing quality assurance compliance, and drafting technical reports. You'll also collaborate with other departments to solve issues related to product quality, ensuring all standards are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily QC operations for product quality

• Ensure conformance to established quality standards

• Train QC staff on testing and equipment use

• Interface with other departments to enhance processes

• Maintain compliance with CFIA and other regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in quality roles

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing context

• Strong knowledge of GMP and HACCP

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
