Location: Algoma, Sudbury District and Greater Sudbury (Chelmsford)

Overview  Shape quality assurance practices as a Senior Quality Engineer r expertise will influence all production phases, focusing on quality control and improvement. In this senior role, you will report to the Operations Manager and leverage your 10+ years of quality experience.

Key Responsibilities   Collaborate with management to enhance the Quality Management System, monitor quality KPIs, and implement control processes.
Support current product launches and address assembly and build issues.
Collaborate on Quality Management System goals.
Develop day-to-day quality control systems.
Design inspection and testing mechanisms.
Analyze production limitations and standards.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis using industrial techniques.
Requirements   10+ years of relevant experience.
Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Document Control Systems.
Experience in ISO 9001 environments is a plus.
Strong communication skills with diverse teams.
