Continuous Improvement Quality Leader

The Quality Continuous Improvement Manager position is key to FGF Group's bakery leadership. We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of QA experience in food manufacturing and a relevant advanced degree. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and lead quality enhancement initiatives alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training programs for bakery staff

• Oversee HACCP documentation and validation

• Conduct routine quality and safety inspections

• Manage device calibration and verification processes

• Facilitate product quality checks and complaint resolutions

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Food Science needed

• At least 5 years experience in food QA

• Strong understanding of HACCP and GFSI

• Proficient in communication and team collaboration

• Willingness to work flexible hours
