Manager of Quality Assurance Operations

Location: Frontenac County, Addington County, Loyalist Shores and Southwest Leeds (Inverary)

Take charge as our Manager of Quality Assurance Operations overseeing North America. Foster continuous improvement in quality practices and enhance product standards across facilities.

As a key figure, the Quality Control Manager will develop and maintain exemplary quality management systems while leading inspections and quality assurance activities. Collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and resolve issues.

Your role includes mentoring a dedicated quality team and analyzing key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee Quality Management Systems and procedures

• Conduct inspections and manage quality documentation

• Lead root cause analysis and preventive action plans

• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate audits and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 5+ years in quality control within manufacturing

• Experience in HVAC systems is preferred

• Strong grasp of ISO 9001 or similar

• Familiarity with quality improvement tools like Lean
