Senior Quality Assurance Manager Position

Location: Cariboo and West Okanagan (100 Mile House)

Take charge of quality assurance at Country Prime Meats in beautiful Lac La Hache, BC, as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. Lead operations to uphold food safety and quality standards.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will report to the CEO and manage the QA department overseeing compliance with industry specifications. Candidates with 3–5+ years of quality experience and a degree in Food Science will excel in driving program development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality department for HACCP compliance

• Develop and maintain food safety records

• Implement employee training for quality standards

• Monitor and ensure quality from raw to finished products

• Coordinate audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality

• Bachelor’s in Food Science or related discipline

• HACCP and SQF certifications essential

• Must possess reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
