We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for our manufacturing client near Ingersoll, ON .
Pay
80K-90K
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality inspections, including release, quarantine, and disposition decisions
Manage non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive actions
Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 quality management system
Manage quality documentation, databases, and monthly performance reporting
Handle raw material quality issues, supplier communication, and claims
Participate in internal and external audits and support supplier evaluations
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve production performance
Ensure proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment
Qualifications
Diploma in Chemistry or related field
Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience (polymer experience is an asset)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and French
