Brockville Manufacturing Quality Manager

Location: South Leeds and Grenville United Counties (Prescott)

In this full-time role within the Operations Department, you will spearhead the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and adherence to regulatory standards. You will manage a team of quality professionals and drive initiatives that reduce defects and improve customer feedback while enhancing internal quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure AAR M1003 compliance with no major issues

• Reduce customer product complaints by 20% within a year

• Aim for a yearly 10-15% decline in rework costs

• Design training programs for Quality Technicians

• Implement at least two major quality improvement projects annually

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality

• In-depth knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and quality standards

• Proficient with ERP/QMS tools, including Plex or SAP

• Strong leadership and team development abilities

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
